July 2026, I am living my best life: artist, gardener, grateful mom, grandmother and contented wife to multi-talented W.J. (Bill) Morris.
More than 40 years participating in some form of community service, many years working and volunteering in community; learning, teaching, creating has undeniably equipped my artist life toolbox.
I believe in whole person wellness: Body, Mind/Emotion, Spirit.
Recently, through personal experience, study and by using tools of the expressive arts healing process, I have come to understand more about trauma and grief and how living with chronic pain affects human psyche.
More than 15 years experiencing therapeutic healing and Certified in 2019 as Expressive Arts Facilitator, I now share in the ways of, using the tools for, expressive arts healing process with clients:
Are you ready to begin a whole person healing process, vacate your comfort zone, embrace grief and learn how to become aware of circular patterns that are not serving your life anymore?
Begin living the health-full life you’re meant to live!
This is your invitation to access inner strength, explore and recognize innate creativity. The one thing you will be asked to do is give yourself permission to heal from known or hidden dis ease.
Participate in safe, non-clinical, non-judgemental immersion into the creative arts process.
All tools and materials provided.
