Participate in safe, non-clinical, non-judgemental immersion into the creative arts process for whole person wellness: body, mind/emotion and spirit.

Please note:

This is not a replacement for individuals experiencing acute trauma in need of mental health professionals such as a Medical Doctor, a psychotherapist, a psychologist or a psychiatrist. This is an invitation to participate in personal awareness and possibility for healing, personal wholeness.

A Medical Doctor may suggest attending our Studio Sessions while waiting for Professional Healthcare.

Curiosity is key to full Expressive Arts participation and growth.
